Ryan: "Poland was a fun experience, getting to explore the city of Wrocław. The city was nice, a lot of little gnomes dotted around, and was old. Unfortunately lots of attractions were closed when we went. The comp was really fun as well, the Hala Orbita looked amazing and the feeling of being in a comp of around 200 people is strange and put the pressure on. The food was nice and exploring the city with Henry and the rest of the squad was fun. Although I didn't get the result I would have liked I really learned a lot. In the end I finished =99th out of 181 fencers in the U13s."
